Your day as a Mobile Service Technician

As a Mobile Service Technician at Fox Ford, your days will be filled with dynamic tasks that keep you engaged and energized! Your typical week runs from Monday to Saturday, with a mid-week day off to recharge your batteries. Expect to hit the ground running each morning as you load up your service vehicle with tools and parts, ready to tackle customer requests head-on.

You'll spend your days traveling to various locations, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles in our customers' driveways or workplaces. Communication is key, as you'll keep customers informed about your progress and any additional work needed. Each day offers the chance to solve unique problems, and your commitment to excellence will shine through with each service call.

Would you be a great Mobile Service Technician?

To thrive as a Mobile Service Technician at Fox Ford, you'll need a mix of hands-on skills and a dash of tech-savviness! A year of related experience or training will give you a solid foundation for success, but we're open to equivalent combinations of education and experience-show us what you've got! While certifications like Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) are preferred, they aren't mandatory.

If you've got a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn, you're already on the right track! Your expertise with tools and familiarity with automotive software will be crucial as you diagnose and solve customer vehicle issues on the go. Bonus points for being a great communicator, as you'll need to keep our customers in the loop and ensure they feel valued every step of the way.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CERTIFICATES
