Day to day as a Commercial Technician

As a new Full-Time Commercial Technician at Fox Ford, you can expect a structured yet dynamic daily routine. Your day will typically begin with a team huddle to discuss goals and updates, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. You'll work hands-on with vehicles, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues. Attention to detail is crucial as you complete inspections and ensure safety standards are met. You'll also interact with customers, explaining service needs and solutions, further enhancing our customer-centric approach.

Your schedule will be Monday through Saturday, providing you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced dealership environment while enjoying one day off during the week. Would you be a great Commercial Technician?

To thrive as a Full-Time Commercial Technician at Fox Ford, you'll need a blend of solid technical skills and enthusiasm for the automotive field. A minimum of one year of related experience and/or training is essential, or a suitable combination of education and practical experience. Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software will set you up for success, enabling you to efficiently troubleshoot and repair vehicles. While Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory; your willingness to learn and adapt is what truly matters. A valid driver's license is also required to facilitate your work on various vehicles.
